asian peanut sauce

This is one of my favorite sauces to make. I make it quite frequently as it’s versatile and great with spring rolls, tofu, noodles, and more! The recipe can easily be scaled up or down based on how much you want to make!

yield: about 3/4 cup of peanut sauce

add more or less of any of these components to your preference:

6 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

3 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4-5 tablespoons hot water

combine peanut butter, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and cayenne with a whisk or fork. add hot water and mix until desired consistency is reached.

serve with fresh spring rolls, tofu, noodles, or other asian dishes and enjoy!
