Like most people, I love hummus! It’s super versatile and easy to make! This hummus is great as a dip for vegetables, with pita, or in sandwiches and wraps. You can add herbs to it or roasted peppers for an added dimension of flavor. Today, I added roasted red peppers and cayenne to half the batch to make roasted red pepper hummus!
